when I was young and dumb I didnt rly alternate pick too much, I developed a natural economy-picking pattern. And some douche kept bothering me about not "playing properly" and I felt the pressure to start from scratch with alternate-picking and I literally "unlearned" how to economy-pick.. Now I'm shit at both and I regret it lol.
