1:39 gd day ma and sir A very very nice video indeed Ma pls i think you should do a HbA1c test to be sure all is fine.go to your gp they will explain to you better Bcos your blood sugar should return to the value it was before you ate after 2 hours. But thanks for the video.

Thank you so much. Everything is perfectly OK, my blood sugar return back after 3 hours of eating. But with people dealing with insulin it will take some hours to be normal. God bless you do have a successful day
