there are three types of halva in Greece, Macedonian halva, Farsala halva, and Simigdalenian halva. all with a different taste, appearance and texture

this type of halva is from Semolina = Simigdali . Has also sugar , oil, cinammon , and you can also add almods and raisins too. Looks like a pudding but it can be thicker too so one can cut it in pieces to serve.
