Bear Alaskan XT 500 Arrow Follow-up Impressions

Picking my XT RTH tomorrow! Quick question...what is that chest binocular holder?

It is a binocular harness made by Vortex optics, they have several different models.

@@bluecollaroutdoors5556 Update...I know I said I was getting the Alaskan XT...alsmost did, but decided on the Whitetail Maxx RTH brand new for less than $500 at a local bow shop [during a HUGE sale.] Couldn't go wrong either way but I really liked the feel of the EKO cam, so that's what tipped the scale for me.

Twist is because of the factory strings. Bear, like any other manufacturer, isn’t putting quality strings and cables on their budget bows. When the time comes and you put new strings/cables on it, the twist will be greatly reduced if not completely eliminated.

I bought one recently. Does your bottom cam lean left? Mine is almost touching the limb and my arrows fly left. My arrow rest can only compensate so much for the cam lean

My bottom cam is very close to the left almost touching but doesn’t have really any cam lean, I would definitely have a bow shop check it out to correct it. Good luck!

I had the same issue with mine, come to find out my top cam needed 4 twist in the cable. Came home shot it and it was money. Cam lean on the bottom is normal

Got mine a month ago…. Came with 2 stripped screws. Top limb is cracked now 👎🏽 bear has very poor quality control. Should have saved up for a hoyt
