Is it okay to use the no hole for weightlifting? I had the 3 hole carbon 2 years ago, but lost it. I am scared to try the black diamond, since I loved my carbon grip. Now the only available carbon grip here in our country is the no hole. I usually use the grip for weighlifting.

Good question, I'm really not sure as I have never tested those particular groups! I still find the Velites quad ultra grip to be the best

I recently ordered some in size L (actually sized up from their measurement chart) and still not enough material to dowel... going to return and try Victory, seem to have better fit/material length
