how do you make the pink outline and paintsplashes??

Copy the image (ctrl+c), past it in front (ctrl+f), then merge the paths, turn the resulting shape into one solid colour and expand it by holding shift+alt. Put the new shape below the image in the layers panel. The splattering can be done with some ink splash brushes. I'm pretty sure the post processing was done in Photoshop, though, so you'd have to follow different steps.

Unfortunately I have not recorded that for these logos but this one was a bunch of brushes and then I went over with color dodge to add the glow effect with a soft round brush. Really sorry the presentation was made after the fact and I was not sure I was going to post these, will record it in the future!

It is a combination of brushes and a color dodge added with pink, should have recorded it to be honest but I did it after the fact, sorry
