One of the NYC area’s scariest, “White Knuckle” roads!!!! The other direction is worse!!! You’re on the outside of the mountain!!! Even scarier is Perkins Memorial Dr to the mountain top and the Perkins Tower!!! Only large rocks and small boulders to keep you from teaching your car to fly!!!! .
