Bear & Son Large Sheepsfoot Barlow (And Comparison to other Large Barlows)

Got one of these as a gift in rosewood this summer. Immediately one of the nicest knives that I own. I know B&S has uneven fit and finish. I got a great one. Love it.

Bear & Son killed it with these! I have the Heritage Walnut sheepsfoot barlow in carbon steel and absolutely love it! I did experience a little bit of shrinkage with the wood, but I do live in a very dry environment. I don't have any of the blade movement side to side when the knife is closed as you showed.

I love this one even though it is in SS and not carbon. I got it right when it dropped. Was waiting for this drop 4 months before when I first heard about it, and was not dissapointed. Great usa barlow for the money! Also have the modern white bone in D2 and black blade.
