Buddy, i bought this razor 5 or 6 years ago when it came out. It didnt come eith adjustable trimming blades, but it does have 4 settings on the trimmer. Plus wilkinson sword hydro5 blades are excellent. I have a powered version eithout the trimmer which i use regularly. Ive tried a cotple of othet razors, but ive styck with yhe hydro 5 blades ever since. Even the newer eulkinson sword models still use hydro5 blades.

Hey, you need to have it running when you shave the vibration helps keep the blades from clogging up and helps it rinse clean better while you shave.
