Thank you for challenge 2 - I was able to do the others without much trouble, but 2 just feels like the game wasn't designed to deal with a map that large. It's way too annoying to keep track of where everything is when you have to pan the camera forever, and then think about what enemies are getting closer on top of it...

1 and 4 are easy (1 for just being able to abuse DK's grab alongside double grump jump with rabbid cranky, and 4 is easy once you have the positions down with DK's team grab and throws). 2 and 3 though... Can each lick a taint. 😠

Yo major props to you bro. I find these challenges the true test of what you learned, skills you have mastered, and advance tactical planning. I pulled my Hair out during the normal game and screw the DLC they had the nerve to release. Glad you managed to do them all.

Yes. Yes, he is ... 😁 I had to restart the mission several times until I (losely) followed his path. And I actually did better than he did in my final run. I took more around-the-arena trips with Rabbid Peach, taking full advantage of her four dashes

That's not luck. That's a game mechanic. It doesn't count if they simply step on the tile. They must land and end on the tile.

Also, I'm a little surprised by everyone who had issues with challenge 4. Even the solution here kinda overcomplicated it? There's 16 spots, and as long as DK throws someone you can hit 4 per turn, so there's not much of a trick to it. I just used team jumps at the start to get one Rabbid on the other half of the map and then had DK go around with the other Rabbid, meeting up on the final turn. The only trouble was when I got bounced near the end, but thankfully it was DK so I could use the pads + pipes to get back in place.

For me, Ultimate Challenge 3 is the hardest, if you make 1 mistake, you are done for.

I have completed 1 and 4 by myself, but I was having some serious troubles with 2 and 3, is it worth copying everything BeardBear does? I want to save as much time as possible when completing these so I was wondering if it was worth it?

Managed 1,3 and 4 on my own. But 2. Oh boy. It's so long and it feels like you can't make a mistake.

If you think these are bad, wait until you try the co-op challenges. I found those to be much harder than anything else, including this. Escorting Toad and Toadette in the spooky trails theme in the co-op challenges took me several days.

I don't have anyone that wants to play co-op at the moment XD arghhh I'm struggling with the ultimate escort mission on the regular story and reaching the goal area one. I didn't say these were bad, I'm just not looking forward to attempting them since I haven't maxed out Dk's Party Skill tree.

So how does co-op work exactly? Do you have a team of 6 characters and are the missions different from the main story?

toongirl007, have two controllers. (If you don't have two controllers, use one half of the joycon as each controller. Change grip order in the Switch main menu, use the SL and SR buttons on the side of the controller.) Go to the buddy dome. It is self-explanatory and so much fun, very challenging.

If you're talking about anywhere outside of the Donkey Kong Adventure mode, no. They appear in neither the main story mode nor versus mode. The only thing you see is if you open the main story mode after downloading Donkey Kong Adventure that a splash screen comes up once to let you know it's ready to play. Not even a Donkey Kong amiibo is compatible with this game. He does not appear in any of the co-op challenges, and there are no co-op challenges for Donkey Kong Adventure, which makes sense, because there are only three playable characters, and you need at least four for co-op.
