When i was a kid 11 years ago, I remember begging my sister to buy the game for me and she did buy it but bought it for the ds which still made me happy but I was sooo jealous of my best friend who had the game on his wii. Now here I am at 21 playing the console version of the game for the first time ever…on ps5! Never thought I’d see the day haha.

I Have played both the Wii and Ds version, but I played the Ds version before the Wii version and I have noticed that both versions are totally different. I will say that the Wii version was much easier to beat than the Ds Version. And I have beat the Wii Version Several Times. I think Sonic Colors is on the list for my most favorite wii games. Other Than Sonic and the Black Knight and Sonic Riders

@@alexcninjagotuber only during the character customisation (you know how it’s supposed display sonic so that you can see how the different gloves and stuff look on him? For some reason on like 3 or 4 different occasions he’d be invisible) but during the levels? Nothing apart form the marginally long loading screens. If you’re considering buying this game yourself, one thing I’ll tell you is that it’s definitely hard asf lmao much harder than i thought it would be but everything else is wonderful. I’ve had it for about a week now and i love the game although it could just be the rose tinted glasses haha

I liked the original version more than the remastered. This version feels rushed as they didn't take the time to remaster the cutscenes. Plus, there were numerous effects that were missing and/or broken from the original. I noticed that the boss in Starlight carnival has some issues like the muzzle flash missing and the bullets being shot from above the turret. There could have been improvements if they had more time and effort. Yet it's still a great game. It brings back so many memories.

I think Sonic Colors was one of the first Sonic games I played. I can't say that it was my first one. My friend owned the game for the Wii. And when she would come over for a sleepover, I would ask her to bring the game with her. My family got rid of the Wii a long time ago, and I really miss playing the game. We don't have computers that are good enough to play the games. I keep hoping that I'll get a new computer that has at least 16 GB of RAM when I actually have the money to afford for college and more than what I need so that I can get one.

Like How The Saver Of Sonic Had 6 Which Reuse Previously Act And Only 2D Reuse The First 3 Bosses Had Short Ass Act Terrible Writing Terrible Story Planet Wisp And Aquatic Park being the worst planets and having the worst zones is one of the best Sonic games

Wow this game is a mess. I thought it was a one time bug for Starlight Carnival Act 3's intro but nope. That shit is hard coded. I finished the game on Switch, this game needed to be delayed. There is no excuse for the Switch version to be at 30fps. Its upsetting that no one is pointing this crap out, they all want to be super nice and shit. >:(

Yeah they did Switch users dirty. The Switch easily has enough power to run this game at 60 fps, but the developers just don't want to take the time to optimize it. Unlike Moon Studios, who delayed the Switch release for Ori and the Will of the Wisps so they could optimize it to run at a consistent 60 fps on the Switch while still making it look fantastic.

first of all that was an incredibly minor bug, secondly i think the switch version mostly should have been delayed as it seems to work mostly really well on xbox and ps4 i can understand your frustration though, it's really ridiculous that 2 generations of nintendo consoles later they still can't get this game to 60fps, nintendo in general is kinda falling apart, ESPECIALLY after that switch OLED announcement 💀

Love the voice acting and diolouge! Mario games should have diolouge like this to! The animation is beautiful! But,i'd prefer Mario game animations over Sonic's.
