Females can have gestated infertile eggs, but its like a chicken with infertile eggs. Without a male it wont produce actual babies until they mate.

I find it necessary but you can try both ways and go from there to see which ways seems best for you

So my eggs go bad after about 4 weeks..... start sinking and shriveled any advice temp 83 and 70 humidity

Temp good and I never measure humidity i only make the medium a certain way as explained in the video and its good for the full time of incubation. Container should be air tight but put one pin hole in it for air exchange if your doing that and eggs are still going bad they may not be fertile

certain animals you can't bearded dragon move move eggs quite a lot while barrying them. Once eggs are in laybox and have been settled in one position I wouldn't move then again

You can use anything with a top that holds water and can fit in your incubator.

It usually happen on its own if its going to happen. It doesn't happen to every female and its not something that you want to happen. infertile eggs are soft and flexible so they can be harder to pass than fertile eggs that are firm. Also without a male you not going to get fertile eggs that will hatch so the female goes through all the stress and energy to make the eggs but without having eggs that can hatch.

If your saying that the female has eggs and has never been with a male then those eggs are going to be infertile but you go through the same process as if they were fertile so that she can get them out of her body and yes dirt will work but it has to have some moisture to the dirt and not to wet.

The proper way to do it is by weight. Weigh the medium then give the same weight in water.
