In the final part of the mini-series I'm taking a trip to Reuben's 46 in Congleton, to have a bash at their now infamous BUTCHER'S BLOCK BBQ CHALLENGE!
60 minutes to pound a huge tray of ribs, wings, brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, short rib, fries, sweet potato fries, corn, claw and a pint of milkshake. Claim victory and not only do you get the £40 meal free and a spot on the wall of fame, but you get a sweet t-shirt too!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

One of the best channels on youtube, not just for challenges, but food content in general. You seem like a very down to earth and genuine dude at that, love watching you take down insane quantities of food, while providing an entertaining time for the audience and restaurant staff. FYI, love the channel but had to give some info. Yes pulled beef exists, basically just any slow cooked and shredded beef (e.g., Mexican machaca). Osso bucco could be considered one. Same with shredded chicken that is stewed and pulled apart (chicken machaca, shredded chicken in Matzo soup). Everyone has variants on the slow cooked pull apart meats but this is why it’s called pulled pork, you pull it apart when you eat it.

Unfortunately, you can not say the same about their Shrewsbury branch. The Rubens menu is actually IMPORTED from the smoker and stored in refrigerated plastic containers. I have it on good authority that it's like Kitchen Nightmares in there. Frankly? I would avoid it like the plague. But that's just me. Wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.
