Sir please switch on large deformation on because otherwise inner side of the hub is radially expanding that is not possible. Large rotation means large deformation must be on.

Why no seperation contact ? The ball and the races should have frictional contact right

My guess (a year late but may help others): No Separation was simply selected to aid in convergence of the model since including frictional contact, while more accurate, is a non-linearity and therefore computationally more expensive. Particularly for a transient analysis.

Yes it expensive to add non linearity to the model but frictional contacts can also be modeled.
