When the guys rushing basically gave a half-hearted effort, and actually were pretty much tackled by the guys blocking (the refs aren't going to call holding on a hail mary pass), giving the quarterback all the time he needed to set his feet and find the exact spot where all the congestion was downfield, I knew they were about to choke it away.

“Throw the ball to your weapons and let them make a play” is what this coaching staff actively tells us they don’t want to do. Flus and Waldron can’t shut up with the “respect the football” talk. They’ve got Caleb terrified to throw interceptions. These overthrows are the perfect example of that. He’s being coached that it’s better to miss than put the ball in a situation where it can be picked

I wouldn't be surprised if this has a hangover effect and they go into a weeks-long tailspin, and finish the season with a losing record (the upcoming schedule looks quite daunting). It's not something I'm rooting for, but ultimately, I think it might be for the best since the entire coaching staff including that hack Eberflus would get canned. Williams needs a head coach who knows how to mentor a young, talented quarterback. Again, I'm not consciously rooting for it, although I might do so unconsciously (not unlike during the disastrous Fields era).

The Bears are not going anywhere but down with its current coaching staff, Mark my words I will bet money, they are going to loose 7 more games before its over. Fire, Poles too, for not firing the head coach at least last year. And that knockolhead player that went up to block the pass he should have swatted at the ball forward instead he just put his arm straight up that's why it bounced of his hand.
