Ryan Poles has been building the Bears backwards, from the top down instead of the bottom up. That is he's been building the Bears from the QB on down on offense and from Safeties, Line Backers, and Corner Backs, with an Edge Rusher in Sweat on defense... all leaving the Offensive and Defensive lines last... I listen to a lot of talk radio across genres. As a Lions fan I enjoy listening to Bears radio analysts and hosts berate the Bears organization after each Bears lost. From Jeff Joniak who is a very rude, obnoxious dude to Mully and Haugh who are dumb and whinny and all others who opine fairweather comments one day and condescending thoughts the next, it boggles my mind that the Bears front office is much influenced by these people. Ergo, head coach was fired during the season??? IMO this was a stupid move largely done because of the influence of those whining tv and radio commentators. I think more responsibility for the lackluster season needs assigning to your Bears QB. Anyway, Chicago Bears people in charge: Replace every single host, analyst and commentator with on-air talent more positive, encouraging and respectful of the team and front office. These people should also remember to positively impact, entertain and inform Bears fans and Bears players.

Poles should’ve been shown the door when Eberlose was. His draft picks are mid his free agency selections and trades have been awful. I don’t see any reason why we’re holding on to him? Continuity for the quarterbacks sake would be nice but guess what I don’t want continuity with people that clearly assemble garbage rosters that don’t prioritize the trenches in any way.
