Highsmith is more a 3 - 4 guy and the Bears play a 4 - 3 front.

The real question is how involved is flus in the offense and what he does with that. I feel like there no question at this point that flus is a solid defense coach. Flus prolly won’t get another head coaching job I would just keep him a defensive coordinator instead of see him leave

They'll probably extend Keenan for at least one more year, even if Rome is good. Unless maybe Tyler Scott takes a step and shows he can be a number 3 soon.

For this year to be a success given that Caleb is walking onto a more established coaching staff and management along with more filled out offense with added depth to of course reciever and O-line which could be better but the depth is there for success. With the help on offense this team was a top 5 defense last season and also drafted a unit at punter who consistently flips field position and pins players deep. With all that being said I think for Caleb to look at this year and say he did the best he could I’m expecting 3800+ pass yards with 22 to 25 touchdown passes with 8 or fewer picks. I would be very impressed with that outcome and believe we could win some games with the team we have if he can put up numbers greater or equal to those. LETS GO BEARS FGB

I understand that it takes time for QB to learn the NFL game, but in my mind at some point he must reach 4000 passing yards at some point not because he was the number one pick but because Fields was traded and Caleb being picked #1

Caleb can throw more interceptions than touchdowns, The Bears could be unable to beat the Packers, still getting taken by the Lions and Vikings, missing the playoffs and getting locked in the division basement, and you could still say that Caleb has really accomplished something maybe if he throws for 4,000 yards. That's something no Bears QB has ever done in its hundred year history.
