Andrew Berry added so many key guys to this roster in the last year like Goodwin, McLeod, Hurst, Z Smith, Tomlinson, Okoronkwo, Thornhill, Moore, bringing back Hunt after Chubb went down then signing Flacco and they all were great gets but releasing Cade York and bringing in Dustin Hopkins was so huge. Every one of those guys Berry brought in were absolutely needed especially with how injury prone the teams been this year but DHop was unexpectedly one of the biggest under the radar signings for the browns 2023 roster.

As a Ravens fan since around 1998 i gotta say that I'm happy for Flacco. He's not putting up super amazing numbers and he's just "regular season Joe" but God help us if Joe makes it to the playoffs. He's deadly good in the playoffs. Yes, I know it's been a long time for him but, I REALLY wanna see the Browns vs. Ravens against each other in the playoffs, if that's even possible with the brackets, idk. I think it would be great.
@Joseph-nh6in10 ай бұрын
He's not putting up super amazing numbers, but if you actually watch the games he is playing superb football. His offensive line is getting creamed and the run game has been non-existent. He's also had lots of dropped passes and interceptions caused by receiver drops or running wrong routes. He also has a pick on an egregious pass interference that wasn't called.

Justine Fields and company will be back next year. And yes, the pre season games matter, not for the result, but for the players to get play time. When people say, like these 2 game-callers did, that if the Bears had gone for a FG at the end of the first half and made it, those 3 points would have made it a tie. So, what they're saying is that the second half would have gone exactly as it did, which is saying that the game was preordained to go the way it did. When I explain this to people who say things like "If they hadn't given up that safety in the first quarter they would have won by one", and I say what I said above, they look at me like I"M the idiot.
