Poles has fixed most position groups. So there is litterly no reason for him to not get 6 offensive lineman in draft and maybe 2 or 3 in free agency let keep jones and Wright Jenkins and all jobs are up for grabs and let the best 5 win you do that in theory you create depth long term as well. And if it still isn't good you only find 3 that you like well guess what you get another group next year until you get 5 that work. Then you go back and create depth in other position groups

No here’s what’s worse. Herbert is a great Change of Pace Back. We won’t have a new Qb for 3 years. We waste 3 years for Moore Johnson Sweat and Defense. So we will be bad on D by the time we start playing even Decent with Caleb and that’s me hoping he gets better but the Facts don’t indicate it.

Seeing what’s happening w Daniels, Darnold and Willis made me realize more strongly: Coaching matters. A lot. A whole lot. The Bears would have ruined Mahomes, Jordan Love, and most QBs. If LeFleur or O’Connell had Caleb, he’d be looking like an OROY. I know people have been saying this for a long time but now I finally believe it.

How much do you think a lack of practice plays into the bad Oline play across the league? I've listened to a few ex players talk about how much more time you had to gel in the offseason since there was so much more practice time, so much more padded time. Every CBA results in less and less practice time, no more 2 a day ect. Its the same for QBs, we saw it on hard knocks, less practice time is less reps for your QB and the back ups hardly get reps, they got so many more reps under previous CBAs that allowed for longer and more frequent practices.

I live close to Chicago, so lemme tell ya now that field goals arnt something we should be attempting often from 45+ yards ...wind gusts over 40 mph and 15-20 mph regular constant winds coming straight out the north east which affects both sides of the field knowing where soldier field lays. I know we need o line help but there's gonna be crazy defensive line talent in the 1st round this year.
