This album is a complete 180 turn from what Beartooth normally does lyrically. They used to be super sad and depressing. During Covid Caleb, their singer made some changes to his life and started working out more so he lost a lot of weight and also stopped drinking alcohol and overall is a lot happier now which is why this new album is happier. Also the bright pink being the opposite of all the dark colors of their previous albums. Great reaction Tom. Keep it up :)

This has probably been the most impactful album from Beartooth so far. Listen to Look The Other Way from this album. It really hits me and makes me incredibly thankful for my wife. A fantastic song.

You are finally reacting to Beartooth! I've been a fan of them since 2016, the lead singer (Caleb) has been very open about his struggles with alcoholism and mental health in his lyrics. This album made me cry so many times, it's so amazing seeing Caleb's journey through his writing. Relating to their earlier stuff and listening to their newer stuff gives me hope that we are never too far away from living happy. Even though some of this album and most of their previous stuff is a lot heavier and probably not your kind of music, I'd love to see your reaction to more!

Beartooth got me out of a dark place and I'm grateful to have their music in my life. I remember the first time I heard their music and was still in high school. Crazy how ten years later, they're still rocking. Will always love them.

I used to hate my life and struggled with depression. Fortunately I no longer have those strong feelings. Sure, I still have moments where I'm unhappy about things going on around me, but I do attempt to reel in my emotions. I'm so thankful to be where I'm at today, and this song is a perfect representation of where I'm at. I really love this band.

Not sure why this is but, I've seen lots of reactions to this song and yet this is the first one that has me in tears. I've been so emotionally connected to this band since the beginning and to see the turn that Caleb has made lyrically and mentally is a huge inspiration.

This song makes me think about a saying I try to live by, so much so that have it tattooed on me.... "You're only truly living when you're not afraid to die, and if you're afraid to live you may as well already be dead."

To echo others: yes, this most recent album by Beartooth is solidly therapycore. If you decide to enter this territory of music more, I'd be interested in your reactions to Being as an Ocean and Demon Hunter.

This song has most likely single handedly saved a lot of people from doing self harm or has given so many including myself hope for my life. A lot of us wander through life wondering what our purpose is, and forget to stop and appreciate this gift of life. It's a beautiful song

Dude don't be one of them reactors who listens to 3 seconds, pauses and talks, and repeats throughout the whole song...reactors who do this don't realize how phoney it makes your reaction look. You can't even get into a cohesive groove when you're pausing and losing momentum constantly. Very poor reaction.
@ReactionTherapyOfficial Жыл бұрын
I take it you listened to more than 3 seconds? Thanks for the constructive and useful feedback 😊
@gavgav1524 Жыл бұрын
Usually I’d agree, but the point of this is looking into the lyrics and video to really see what they mean, so it’s not just an average reaction and for his purpose is perfect

@@gavgav1524 Perhaps you're right, and maybe I spouted off before considering the context of this reaction. For that I apologize. I still think the reaction, or any music reaction would hit harder if the reactor would sit back and truly allow themselves to be immersed in the song. An occasional pause is sometimes ok if a certain part really evoked a feeling in the reactor that he/she felt compelled to chime in on, but starting and stopping, starting and stopping every 10 seconds is simply redundant in my opinion. Even if it is to analyze lyrics. Just push play and embrace the journey, and don't get off the train til it stops. THEN, after seeing all of the landscape and scenery, a person can discuss their thoughts on the trip. Just feels more genuine and like the person actually cares. Make sense? Anyways, I don't know, purely my opinion lol. Cheers.

@@TonyToneBone56-ho9opI have thought this before. If I were to start doing reactions I'd listen through the whole song first and then go back and analyze.
