this album single handily saved my life im not even joking, i was in a dark spot for so so long, i was so close to giving up between my own failures, my mental health taking these tolls, recently broken up with, broke as shit, i was so fucking close to giving up. i was at the gym, and my usual playlist wasnt hitting the spot, so i threw this album on, i missed the initial release and just hadnt listened to it. When that chorus hit, i started sobbing, i had to go to the changeroom and just let myself breathe before heading back out. I had never listened to anything that had been exactly how i felt and exactly how i wanted to change myself. i listened to the album in full for the rest of my workout, and had it on repeat for week after week after week. This album hit me so fucking hard, and i am so unbelievably grateful for it. My lifes been an uphill battle but this album is giving me the push and the hope i need to keep fighting and working towards my goals, to be the better me, because you know what? someday itll be okay. someday it will all be behind me someday ill look back and realize that all my worries had me going blind. My utmost gratitude for this release. Thank you. Thank you so fucking much. All i needed was a little bit of hope thank you

Music is such a powerful tool for helping mental health and I've long said that if I were to go deaf I'd end up taking my own life as I simply couldn't cope without music! Glad you're still around and didn't end it all, we all have a life to live even with all the negativity that often seems into our lives for one reason or another! Me too. I found this band and album at a time when I really needed it. I just happen to be in therapy at the same time too. But music about exactly what you are going through is super powerful. Especially when you just stumble across it. My mental health markedly improved after discovering this album

so awesome seeing the progress caleb and the boys have made. I remember back in 2013 me and my buddy hotboxed his car and the “sick” ep came on and we replayed it 2-3 times in full and the very next week paid $6 per ticket to see Beartooth in a broom closet, and now here we are 10 years later and their headlining festivals, putting out killer albums and actually PROGRESSING instead of REPEATING. So awesome to see.

Absolutely love how this album the ups and down and the real of the lyrics! I been trying find myself, I just got broke up with yesterday with over a year relationship. Even tho he said it was for ‘the best’ (even tho doesn’t feel that way but what he want and needed) but I been getting back into my fav bands or artists until then, and I feel like this so gonna be one the albums to be me through this. I felt like it was a waist and so was I. I always loved Caleb he always inspired me and even loved his more heavier, and the newer music just as much! There still something about it that’s hits and so genuine. I needed this and some these songs, it feels like is okay not be okay, but also that it’s okay be emotional but we will get through this eventually, even if it isn’t today. I get what you mean though! I Was a big fan of attack attack starting when Caleb was just screaming and have been following his musical career since. His progression in technical and stylistic skill with the clean vocals on each realease has been fun to follow in that time. It’s almost like he’s really found his singing style for this record. Or at least the next evolution. It like he’s comfortable and confident in his skills and is now having fun and playing around with it. Sorry if that didn’t make sense. The caffeine has not hit yet this morning.
