I caught a 23 inch corvina today on a frozen anchovies, those are good eating. I also caught great smooth hounds

You are correct, yellowfin croaker are not specifically noted in the CA fish and game regulations and fall under the general bag limit of 10 of any one fish...

I fished many of times on that dock waiting for the Dolphin to get back. It’s been 4 years since I’ve been on that boat but where you are fishing I’ve hauled some nice Yellowtail Croaker 🐠 as well.. I know the crew has changed but Jason we’ll be there for sure🤙🏽🐬🍔
