When I first heard "Beast in Black", I thought there's two of them; man and woman singing. Then I saw them from some live concert and was in shock. Yannis has very unique voice which can surprise at times. Great band, love their sound. And - cherry on the top: I'M GOING TO SEE THEM IN WARSAW ON MARCH 15th. Yeaaaaah!!!🤘🤘🤘🎶🇵🇱

What I love about Beast In Black is that their songs are FUN. this 80's retro style is fantastic. This is another awesome song, but my favourites are still From Hell With Love and Moonlight Rendezvous. Speaking about retro 80's style, Majestica also have a song with similar theme as this one, dedicated to 80's hits with these kind of lyrics - Night Call Girl, you should check it out (or just do the whole Above the Sky album when you get around to it)

Pandora - Don't you know. Brings back memories when we were with friends completely wasted and Pandora was performing in tampere sorsapuisto. Well bit late for her prime so she bumped on us and (looked beautiful to drunk eye) asked if we want autograph? Why not...so I had t-shirt with pandora autograph...gone already but reason of this message is that the opening is almost identical of Pandora's song above. Det är väldig bra.

You're right, they nailed retro both visually and with the sound. Saw the live in December opening for Nightwish, honestly, I went to the concert more for them, I've seen Nightwish a couple of times already. The concert was amazing and they actually stayed around afterwards to sign stuff and take pictures. Great guys. Oh, and nice to see a fellow snus enthusiast. :)

Hi David, here we go again and you are introducing me to new music. I never heard of beast in black. I like the music, not so much the synthy beats though. I like the metal parts, though, very much. It reminds me on music for anime, that my kids watch all the time. All in all, I can live with it.

Love the band and they will finally play in Sweden in a few weeks. I think the concert was supposed to be in fall of 2019 originally, then that was postponed for some reason (bad time to postpone shows in hindsight...). Then covid happened and it was postponed several times more. Then the friggin event company TADC went bankrupt and all concerts they had during the winter and spring was either outright cancelled or very unclear if they would happen or if you would even get your money back. And when another event company said they would manage most of the spring shows and BiB wasn't on the list I had all but given up hope. It was just a few weeks ago when it was announced that yes, it will happened.

As for Beast in Black, the song is not bad, but a bit too much noise for my taste. I usually like Beast in Black, but this song is not as good as some of their other songs.

If you want more retro go for Sweet true lies from their second album, this video is also very 80's but not in manga style (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqjEh42OgKpjfbc). For something really cyberpunk I'd recommend Hardcore from the latest album which also has a video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZrYY4ygfJ1rd7M) but might probably not fitting for America as it's explicit. Although not a metalhead I did enjoy this song a lot especially the keyboard synths since that's what I play as a musician a lot of metal bands don't use keyboards which I think is a mistake and this song proves it can't imagine what does song would sound like without the excellent job all around
