It seems all your comments are about scale but no one gives you a breakdown. Basically, when it comes to height of figures, think of 1/1 being 6 feet. That's full scale. So a character that's supposed to be 6 foot tall would be 6in if it was in 1/12 scale (Legends). Slightly over 7in at 1/10 (McFarlane). 8in is 1/9 (Beast Kingdom) 12in 1/6 (Hot Toys). That being said, if a character is supposed to be, say, 7 foot tall and he's in scale to be 1/12 he would have to be over 7inches to be in scale with a 6 foot counterpart at 6inches. That's where A LOT of companies mess up. They think making all their figures the same height means they're in scale with each other, when they're not (McFarlane). Hasbro is pretty good with getting it right. They're 6inch scale (1/12) but you'll never see a Wolverine that's 6 inches tall. He's supposed to be shorter than the rest and they know it 😂

Thank you for that breakdown. I honestly didn’t know 1/9 scale existed. Thought it went 1/12, 1/10, 1/6, 1/4 and 1/1. This is my first BK figure so I’m still getting used to the scale, which I do prefer over 1/10 and smaller.

Beast Kingdom are not 1/12, they're 1/9. With that said, great review. I've got joker coming this week and I've got 89 Batman Beast kingdom to go with my Joker. Can't wait.

It’s not 1/12 scale. I think it’s 1/9. It’s an 8 inch figure.
