Amid the mass of issues here, it is good to see that Megatron is as good with betrayal as ever. Honestly it's a shame that after Tankor he had no treacherous underlings, he's good at managing them.

One of my favorite arcs of the show. To me, it made Optimus Primal more of an interesting character than he was in Beast Wars. But I think the series could have used a slower progression to further flesh out Primal's fanaticism.

Agreed, and it also shows how Optimus missed the signs of what the Oracle wanted him to do for Cybertron, on top of his desperation to beat Megatron.
