Rhinos should be second in command. He is the most level headed. Rat Trap is sometimes selfish. Dinobot has potential to be a leader but is not ready yet. Rhino X make the best sense to be second in command.

This series was made in the mid to late 90s. Computer graphics were a lot cruder back then, and computers were a lot slower. This was actually state of the art for the time.
