@@worldssmallestdestron7819 G1 Jumpstarters were [pull-back motorized] auto-transforming toys. What Beast Wars did in their Basic Class were the true inspiration of the 1-Step Changers.

At the fort Gratiot MI Walmart, they had a red series Optimus Primal. He didnt transform into an app but the quality of the figure is really good. I bought it just because I was never able to gave one growing up and I like some nostalgia

If they're reissuing Beast Wars, I'm hoping they do some Transmetals, though given the chrome and gold plastic syndrome... I have doubts it'll happen. I want my Skateboarding Monkey dangnabbit! And my VTOL-Rex. And Jet Kitty. And Roadster Rat And Spider Bike... I missed out on most of em growing up actually. Still have my TM Terrorsaur though!

I bought this a couple months ago because as a kid I loved Rattrap and the one I had I got at a garage sale in my old neighbourhood and when I saw it I had to have it for collectable purposes and sentimental. Also for all you beast wars fans were excited for the new movie I just had a thought think of this the voice for rat trap for the movie Bradley Cooper

Speaking of Walmart, I heard some great advice from Protoman of the Transformers Slag Podcast. You can have much better luck finding Transformers in stock if you frequent the same store every day that you can if you commute by it (unless a scalper stalks that same store). You'd be surprised at the difference it makes.

Rattrap was my first Beast Wars toy, before the show even aired, and I still remember him being a total of 7$. Now we jump 20+ years and its 30$? I thought the Titan Masters getting repackaged as 'retro' with an extra 10$ slapped on was bad, but this is something else.
