The legs aren't even the same length. Animals that have the back legs longer than the front are more prone to arthritis as the front legs have the most weight put on them while they move. But I'm glad that the legs and nose isn't to small for the body like the dwarf dog breeder was breeding. Tho the legs You can definitely see the S shape in its legs and the back of its front feet like the wrist area bend and touch the ground. That looks like a bone deformity.

I'd recommend you do your own research and come to your own conclusion. You mentioned his back legs looking weird that is very common with deformed dogs to have S shaped legs or ones that look like frogs or bunnies legs it's a genetic deformity. If you look even closer you can tell his front legs are shorter and the wrist part bends and touches the ground sometimes making his front feet look longer and wonky to. Again that is a sign of a bone deformity where there is a problem with the bone not growing how it should.
