Funny you mentioned south african internet. Always been an issue for us gamers in this country playing league with 200ms. I am now in mid/high diamond with 200ms in age and it feels less noticeable than league but is definitely a disadvantage.

i think the implication is because 2tc keeps you in feudal longer, and massing desert raiders makes it viable to stay in feudal longer cause they're a good feudal unit. since, ayyu normally wants fc for biggest advantage. just a guess ayyu is my least played civ

​@@J-cz7yv aren't desert raiders quite expensive? They are a good unit in feudal but to have a big amount of them you'd need very good eco, so that was my reasoning. But I dunno, I'm Japanese main

Dude… you are just moving so fast in that mid game. It shows that any civ can beat anyone if you know how to take advantage of a situation or prepare to protect a part of the map before it becomes a problem
