Big thanks, Nub! Using your strat I was able to finally clear Hard 116 with Yoshi, Lydia, Seer, Arbiter and Kymar. My seer hits rally hard but she'd super slow so I had to use arbiter to make her useful. Cleare in 6:30/81 turns.

I've only spent $20 in the past year buying 2 monthly gem pack, and I'm able to build a team with these stats. It all depends on how well you manage your resources and how much time you spend/spent on the game. This is "end game content" btw. You should smoke less, read more.

The siphi I fought in the video has 264 speed. You need to beat that speed to beat doom tower hard. The eternal dragon doom tower is easier, that's the first one I beat as very low spend about a year into playing.

Great video and very helpful. I had theorycrafted a Barbarian Faction Wars team with Roric Wyrmbane lead, Scyl, and Armina focused on their stun synergy. I think these three would also do well on these floors with a couple other control champs, possibly with stuns like Miscreated Monster, Archmage, Husk, Burangiri, Astralon, etc. Armina should get so many turns and be able to keep Defense Down up constantly. Throw on as many stun sets on the team as possible, too.

Thanks! Huge help! Got me past some places I was stuck. This team won't beat some levels. Eternal Dragon rotation floor 106 has a Mortu/Hedgemon combo that I needed Brogni. 103 had Valks where I brought in a new team. Anyone reading this who thinks this is "whales only"-no it's not. But you should be far enough to beat UNM Clanboss, do Fusions (even FTP, HellHades has entire accounts and videos for that), grind dungeons 20+ and be either done with Faction Wars or close. Hard Doom Tower is truly End Game. I'm a low spender who never buys books and only buys shards with the monthly gem pack (blues.) I've pulled at least 3 Seers and multiple Psylars. I've been steadily playing for over 2 and a half years. Didn't DT seriously until I got Lydia. You CAN do it. This team IS exceptional! But to get this far you'll have to put in a lot of work if you're FTP or a low spender.

5:20 Since those 3 were the core of my team too, that's how i know they get wrecked against Tormin teams, and Valkyrie teams. Valk turn meter is pushed up every time you buff. Another point to mention about those three is that they have zero damage at high level doom tower hard, and a lot of champions struggle to do damage.

116 is the only wave I manual, for it to be painless and reliable I do Arb (so entire team will go before Siphis), 2nd rez and a non-crit capped Seer. I have a non-Savage piece on Seer that's 20+% CR so I don't really lose damage removing the piece. With 2 rezzers things can't really go bad and the only fail condition is one-shotting the waves so you can't A1 spam to cycle CDs.

One thing to note with mortus, they won't unlock their peril skill until attacked. So bringing a bunch of hard hitting A1 champs also a viable strat. Target the other champs until the mortus are the only ones alive

Cheers pal, don’t have Lydia, or a Kymar but just recently pulled a renegade ( after opening over a hundred blue shards and getting nothing but a dupe Vogoth, a third Armina and a third Toragi . Oh and a Maulie so that was ok) but I’ve had Yoshi there in the vault so imma use him , Visix, renegade, Syl , ( I have a dupe Syl so could use 2) and Archmage, I wonder if Kalvalax would be good with Seer? With the four poisons at the start of a round? Unfortunately I don’t have the Seer tho.

Thanks to this idea I built a destructive team, that destroys every doom tower wave, I had to build some legendary i had in the vault. The team is made of big un, ninja, syl of the drakes, tomb lord, and lady Kimi. No wave or champion takes a turn in doom tower unless they are force affinity. We have AOE turn meter control from 3 champions, stun on 3 turns from 2 champions, and a freeze. No one escapes the control, not even triple siphi and double rotos.

Nice one :) The secret ppl should know when they get to high DT hard is speed and CC, but the stats you need are very high. Once you can hit the stats you can do it with many teams, but this will be later in the game. Last DT i couldn't pass the 100 Scarab cuz i don't have Urost yet and only have my bommal Samar but he exceeds the turn limit(dang strong affinity).

I recently discovered that Vlad is actually pretty solid. I'd try to use him instead of Yoshi if you don't have Yoshi. The AoE turn meter is great.

I struggle with the mortu waves, thanks for that. I find the ciphi/rotos waves easy as I use warlord to put their skills on cooldown. You could also use basher of you have him.

Drexthar from the bazaar gives burns, accuracy aura and Aoe provoke, he's a great guaranteed option! Achak is a good epic too with guaranteed freeze and turn meter fill from passive

What made my Seer comp work on the last couple of floors was reducing her crit rate to 80%. That way I got 1 or 2 people to survive her nuke and a1 them down; the team worked without resets (Lyssandra/Brogni/Lydia/Seer/Godseeker Aniri). I did manual, but it was relatively quick - certainly when compared to doing 109 with a perma-stun-com all manual...

I just got Seer so she won't be ready until this rotation comes around again. But I got stuck on floor 48 or 49 of the hard doom tower. The one with two Madame Serris, two Warlords and one Elder Skarg in the second wave. They resist everything I throw at them and they destroy me. With that said, I love the doom tower and look forward to it every evening to go up another 10 floors.

Oh yeah that's a really nasty wave. They have 230 resistance and I think warlord aura adds another 80. If you don't have a Yoshi for increase accuracy try someone with accuracy aura like drexthar! If those warlords take a turn you'll probably die.

Huge Hellmut fan, but the INC SPD is redundant with both Visix, Scyl and Lydia if you run her + the INC C.DMG is bad is you have a Visix built to ally protector.

I've been stuck on floor 109 for a looong time. I'm going to have to build Visix because she seems like the ideal provoke champ. Scyl just doesn't stun much at all in any content, so that is unreliable. Next CvC, if I book Yoshi and put much better gear on him, those true fears might just get me through where provokes fall short. :D

Because 2/3 you get just from logging into the game. 1 at 6months the other at 9months i think. And the 3rd (Arbiter) you get by just doing things in game during that time. You should definitely have her by 9months 270 days. I am on day 45 and probably 3weeks out from getting Arbiter. So probly around my 70-80th day played, On the get a Great Hall to lvl 8 mission right now.

Belower is actually even better than psylar. You can even lock down his skills just A1. Unfortunately lock skills is not working agains Mortu's secret skill, but the stunset does. I like my visix in regen set, and i noticed the 2 girls visix and scyll are super together. Because of visix cc, i don't use scyll in stunset, just make most hp and speed for heals, and enough acc. Psylar makes more sense in stunset, if you can build enough acc and speed.

Fusions aren't f2p and it's extremely annoying most content creators pretend so. 1) it requires you having played at the time. 2) it requires you having ALREADY had an account capable of finishing a fusion, which means lv20 dungeon farming, enough critical champs so that you don't have to pull shards during 2x. 3) Even worse, it requires Lydia to fill the combined critical buff/debff spot, and finishing FWs is impossible without some crazy lucky drops. It's always hilarious hearing "Oh, I'm a totally f2p and I'm doing nightmare hydra, plat arena, and DT hard in half a year easy. Oh yeah, my first champ drops were Krisk, Royal Guard, Siphi, Nekhret, but it's all my skill and planning. I'm so smart and good and if anyone ever was as smart and thoughtful as me you would be in my place too." If you actually want a WORTHWHILE f2p content, do it with rares+login/dt/mission rewards only.

You've confused "pay to win Vs free to play" and "early game vs late game" xD the gear you need for the hardest waves comes with time grinding your dungeons. Need to play at least 9 months for visix anyway.

"Beat the Doom Tower Hard even as F2P with luck of the draw". All the secret is control. But once you encounter teams with Skull Lords, AoE control is useless cause you'll also hit them, and your HP will be reduced to almost nothing pretty soon. One bad RNG and you're toast. And this forces you to have a healer with Miracle Heal, preferably Scyl.
