I tried to save a wave sample but it doesnt read on the songs...is there any specifications for the sample ??
@MunicipalManMusicMediaАй бұрын
what did you use to create the sample? if you used Garageband, you may have use Tag Stripper to before it can be recognised.

Can you tell me what kind of woofers will be better to reproduce a real sound from this pedal in a gig?
@MunicipalManMusicMedia2 жыл бұрын
Hi Bruno, I don't think there is a best choice, and I have no real advice to give you about that. Every drum kit sounds different and it depends which genre you are playing. You'll have to experiment with different types. Thanks for reaching out.

Thank you for your help I just want to ask I did h These exercise of creating a whole new kit. 1. I got my wave samples 2. Saved the in user lib _ wave sources. 3. I created a folder under wave source with the name of new kit and placed the samples in it with midi value e.g... 36 kick and so on all the way to percussion 4. Went to BB mgr add new kit. 5. Named the kit exactly as I named in wave source. 6. Loaded all sounds according to its midi value 36 kick,,all way to 60 bongos by browsing and loading samples from my folder in wave sources. 7. Saved the kit but when I play it doesn't produce any sound. 8. I left the velocity between o to 127 as I loaded only one sample each. Thinking the midi note velocity will determine the strength of the volume. Sorry for long msg can you plz help what have I done wrong.

I tried adding one sound to current kit it works but when I did the same process for a whole kit it doesn't work

Hi, it sounds like you did everything correctly, but there is an issue and it's nothing you're doing. It's timely that you brought this up because I'm in the middle of planning my next video on the buggy BB Manager software. I've had the same experience as you - able to add one sound to a drum kit, but not a whole kit - the problem is that BB Manager doesn't manage files well, and keeps resaving your samples in different locations, so the samples that you create are not in that location when you apply them to a midi loop in a song. This is why there's no sound. I've spent a lot of time trying to figure this out and was never able to make it work, so until they improve the software I've given up on creating customised drum kits.

Thank you for your help it makes total sense now... for I single sample I just drag and dropped into wave sources and it worked. Just want to ask is there any specific way you save your samples so they are tidy and don't have to look for it when needed to re use. How do you organize your user lib apart from the standard BB manager layout of folders under user lib.
@MunicipalManMusicMedia4 жыл бұрын
@@11kerol That's the problem with the software - it saves the waves files automatically and there's no way to control where it saves them. As well, it keeps saving them in different folders randomly. Even if you move your files to the folder where you want them, when you reopen the app it will replicate them in a different location. So the software is messed up and I was never able to figure it out after trying many things. Quite annoying.

I wish I could find a video that starts with step one. I can't figure out this beat buddy manager for nothing. I really don't understand why its so hard to comprehend

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. There is a learning curve to get a handle on the details. I do have one video that starts at the beginning but it's hard to cover all the details in one video. There are other channels out there as well. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zp7MZGtvmdqSjJYsi=tKZkAQ-DpgwX8S4m

@@MunicipalManMusicMedia muito obriagado amigo !! Eu estava usando uns samples que baixei na internet, mas alguns deles ficavam com o som "desafinado" quando os executava diretamente no pedal.
