The guy who made the layup should have gotten the hundred bucks. In basketball once your shot is up an hits the backboard it counts if the buzzer goes off or even if a defender blocks it (goaltending). So there's no reason for that not to count.

The 4.4 timer for the video was generous to the competitors or else it would've taken a pro guard with speed or a track star who could make a lucky layup going too fast to finesse it.

What I found amazing about this video was that none of the people watching came up w/ a strategy based upon the experiences of the previous competitors. Get it down the court as fast as possible, and hit a lay up, where your target is the glass just a few inches above the rim, so it gets into the basket as quickly as possible.

Example, you wait from Bron and when he is close to you on 3pointer, you shoot the ball, while the ball is flying and going to the hoop, he gets to the hoop. The ball goes in. Do you count that as in or out?

I grew up from age 1 - 10 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where I was in a French speaking community. But when I moved to Alberta (where i live now) they emphasis is not geared toward different languages. I believe that our education system is well supported and dependable, but only cus I have lived here my entire life. it all depends on the location. hope that helps
