ll mods right now aren't working because of Oct 13,2020 official beatsaber multiplayer release. If you don't know every beatsaber update will break the mods and mod assistant so you will need to wait until they release a new version which will automatically update when you install mod assistant. as for mods they are done by individual modders so you will have to wait until they are up depending on their time schedule. usually within 1 or 2 weeks but this time it is taking longer. @@robclements4957 that is the game version 1.13.0. You need mod assistant v1.1.16 as that is the current version of mod assistant. They are 2 different things one is a version of the game and the other is the version of mod assistant. So get the mod assistant v1.1.16

For the love of god, OCULUS QUEST, since I bought it on my quest, mod assistant says I don't have a folder, well guess what I cant check where it is because it is not on my PC, so what the hell do I do now?

​@@Imokay304 I fixed this by manually going to the folder and directing it. Program Files\Oculus\Software\Software\hyperbolic-magnetism-beat-saber Make sure it's directing to that hyperbolic folder. It took a couple tries for it to make that connection but it worked out in the end to eliminate that dumb error message.

Dude I can't download it, I am stuck, when it says it can't find the beat saber folder, I navigate to that folder but it doesn't work it just is select.this.directory I am confused

My question... is there a way for quest 2 to mod and how do I do that because I tried downloading Mod Assistant but it says I need a beat saber folder... is this possible without beat saber on steam. I'm trying to start a Beat Saber channel on twitch but I want a third person camera angle is it possible on quest 2?

Yes this is specifically for beat saber so you need the game. which you can buy it on the oculus or steam store and a vr headset

I have the link in the description for oculus quest users as that is a different setup. I don’t have oculus quest so can’t make a tutorial, but I can show you where you can follow and install. You will be using sidequest and BMBF!

Unless you have Oculus Link to connect the Quest to the computer than that works with Mod Assistant

Ok so can I get mod assistant if I bought beat saber on oculus store? It can never find the file so I am guessing I have to get it on steam.

no it works for both steam and oculus store (not oculus quest app) versions.

Unfortunately cannot as i only have an oculus rift (wired vr headset). But there are other videos that show how to do it for quest 1-2. So Quest1-2 has its own mod manager sidequest/bmbf but limited in mods. Mainly if you are going to getting custom songs then yes use that. For full mod access getting an oculus link cable connecting it to the quest 1 or 2 to your pc/laptop, buying beat saber through oculus or steam store instead of the quest app then you can follow this tutorial and download mod assistant. Obviously your paying more for now the full mod access but for custom songs mod just use the sidequest/bmbf mod manager. Link in the description

@@DLegionHeir im pretty sure you can get mod assistant if you have a oculus link or any other kind of cord that you can put into your pc and your quest, my friend did it so he is helping me

I don't have the ipa option in my folders and my plugin folder is in the Beat Saber_Data folder with nothing inside it. Any fix for this?

There is a folder named x86_64 in the plugin folder

@@novaraven183 try playing beatsaber and that will read in the plugins. but it actually is the resuly of the Oct 13 beatsaber official multiplayer update. All mods including mod assistant arent working like with every single beatsaber update and you need to wait typically for 1-2weeks for it to be working again.
