Nice contribution to the community however, select VPN services will offer their own DNS as mitigation to this type off issue. This is a cheap and quick work-a-round! Great work!

Thanks for the kind words! And you're completely correct. I guess the use of this would be on the types of network that block VPN services, and dont block HTTPs traffic. That being said I just wanted to make this as a cool little project and I'm glad you appreciate that :)

How much do you know about "PiHole"? I have it running on my network and there is an option for "DNSSEC", would that be the same thing? Thanks for your content, been a sub for a while now and watch everything you post! Plz keep it up!

This should be made into a program which can run on Windows and then takes over the dns requests. It's a hassle to run this on a separate Linux box.

@demmSec Hi do you have a video about using bettercap. I have been tryign to run it and it got the DNS part down where traffic is being sent there howver i cant get it to get my web server to answer.

I don't see why this can't be run locally. Just add it to the startup and use 127.0.0.1 as the DNS server.
