Yeeeeeeeeees! Dan's back! Been a long 3 weeks with no content fella, hope you've been ok. Great ideas, and as always insightful tips. There surely can't be any better prep than having an actual PTI give you the heads up. I hope you have at least one person on your next intake say they saw it.

Great to see you back mate, if memory serves me well (and its been a very long time) since I done basic, but I do remember running a beep test, think it was just part of PT rather than a test but it sounds pretty cool.

Assessment is on Wednesday and Thursday, arriving the at 5 on Wednesday, the thing i struggle with the most is at the start, I go far to fast and end up burning out and around level 6, really hope I get 6.6 or above
