Remember! 1 photon cannon hitting your bunker requires 1 scv repairing. So if there are 2 cannons attacking your bunker you only need 2 scvs! If you repair too fast, you'll need to micro and keep paying attention to the repair and you might miss the scvs repairing!

From my experience, rushing factories seems to be the best way. You can then scale to mech while making rines to defend against drops

I don't think so. The bunker is trying to zone out and delay the cannons advancing until you get tanks to clear them. Even with range a cannon outranges a bunker

Vanguard is definitely not a Blackrock fund. Vanguard is the largest mutual fund company but that's basically all they do. Blackrock does mutual funds and a lot of 401Ks are blackrock funds but blackrock does a lot more, they are massive in alternate assets like real estate and private equity

I'm curious why you don't build second depot bottom when you're 3 or 9 position? I'm no where near you're skill level but as terran at 3 or 9 I always would build first depot up then second depot down exactly for this reason so I'll catch a cannon rush either spot

I like to put starports on the other side. What you do also makes sense as I've seen people do that as well

Tzz is trash because zerg has to either build drones or army and if enemy team 1v3 the terran then the zerg allies can't do the efficient turtle with sunkens and sim city until hydras. If the terran is getting rushed 1v3 then either the two zerg turtle and go for hydra and hope they can win 2v3 or they build lings and help the terran but fall crazy far behind on drones.
