I was just there for two weeks. I thought it would be a pleasant vacation of fun in the sun by the shore.....but oh....was I wrong. It was anything but that. The homeless completely ruined the entire trip. You can't relax for one god damn second without a crazy stalking you asking for a cigarette, money, food, Jesus etc... It's so out of had. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to hand these guys needles and let them use hard core drugs out in the open. It's turned into an absolute circus. It used to my dream to live in Santa Monica, but after this time, with tears in my eyes I can say it's not anymore. They have just ruined and smashed this jewel of America.

As well as when it comes to 51/50 someone has to enroll someone in there but I think they let the person go after a period of time.
