As a professional hairdresser (studied in sweden) I also am very confused as to why Brad said they have to colour in the dark parts.... That sounds very suspicious to me because I know you can separate parts in between your sections to achieve that blended in look if you are a professional. That's what I do with my clients who want ''shadow roots''. It's a waste of time and money to dye in fully bleached hair unless they specifically want a certain kind of colour that is hard to achieve as a shadow unless you bleach all the roots first. But that is very rarely the case for most clients.

@@dylanma06 he is a licensed cosmetologist, I believe in two states actually. His dad is also a hair dresser and owns his own salon. The reason they lighten to the whole head and then apply color for the shadow root, is because they probably want to do a slightly darker root than the client's natural color, it just makes it easier to lighten the shadow root as it grows out. A lot of stylists do it this way.

She asked him if they could do a crazy platinum color since she was going to shave it and Brad agreed only because she was going to shave it all off. Since the audience didn't know Snitchery was planning to shave her head, they saw the video and saw that she shaved her head the next day and accused Brad of destroying her hair to the point of her having to get rid of it. She explicitly states that she loved the color she got from him and she truly didn't understand why people were getting upset with him.
