I've never cared much for minecraft. But this game, I play almost religiously. Not having creepers with busted audio ques and the rpg level up system is way more rewarding. Also the textures (which I don't hold against minecraft) are just better. Not having a durability gage on gear is refreshing. DQB2 has an actual story and memorable characters. Plus the game rewards you with lots of end game content that in most aspects basically makes it a creative mode worth playing towards. The only draw backs to this game is the AI is a bit stubborn, the slow diologue text during cutscenes, and the connective blocks/pieces don't always work right and the interact button also engages diologue with party members which is annoying at different parts of the game.

Build a paint bucket, build a 5x5 area of the block you want to paint, build it 4 tall, stand in the center, make the very center pillar only 3 blocks tall, and use the paint bucket. That's 99 blocks painted for ten of the little dye pods! Also, the dye comes from rare crops. Want more red? Plant more seeds that make red dye. I can't remember what they are right now though... Edit: Yes, I was obsessed with this series before it came out on the switch... I was so excited about it, I couldn't help but watch someone do a play through of the Japanese... Even though he doesn't speak a word of it... BenXC has some really amazing tips!

But btw the visuals have nothing to do with gameplay and the TRUE minecraft game (pc version) has unlimited mods that improve visuals and you can virtually create any other game that can be accessed through in game portals. This game is an extremly outdated version of minecraft that locks you on a 3rd person prespective. Its an ok game at best.

If you carry a torch in your hand, and the ghost's come close, they will run off. Also use the serpent fountain! it's 2x2. If you put wheat grass in with the bedding, they will stay in the pens. Killer Robots are also great for farming

One of the side islands gets you unlimited marble so you can make as many castle walls as needed. Livestock: Give them a bed. Like a wheat bed and put their nap plates for its room. As many as you want in one room. its fine. Chickens, sheep, and cows can eat crops. So you can let them roam and they will be happy. Seal of Erdrick: Prevents mob spawn. Place on the temple area, and the island doesnt spawn mobs anymore. Meat: Make spike traps in the canyon part of Krumbl-Dun next to the town. You can just sit and wait as the mobs spawn and die from there, including the Bunicorns. Meat can THEN be used to feed cats and dogs. Raise their hapiness to 100 percent. You can breed the pairs using the pink strawberry drops you get. Get new types of cats and dogs this way. Tip: Remember the mirror and your first dog? Connect the dots. Only hint you get to this is a line in the first world. About your fountain....make some of the blocks the little wooden grated slabs you can make from the first island. Water goes under them. So the fountain SHOULD work. Add ladders to water sources and you can make pools. Be warned, sometimes makes NPCs swim under water rather above. Cows and sheep breed automatically at full happiness, no need for the berries. Ultimate damage: Find/Make sword of ruin, and equip. Go to the dresser and make your weapon the falcon blade. BAM. You can also get the sword of Erdrick too in this (light sword). Ultimallet lets you get grass and trees. Basically the blocks from the world. Put water next to the crops and they will use that. Or make water in the crops area to keep them watered. There is a room next to the hermit temple that you can see via a single block missing. This room has books telling you new recipes. The magnet stuff and cables.

You need wheatgrass and a haystack in the animal pen to turn it into a paddock. If you put a resident sign in too, and set it as the animals room with a pet bed, they’ll sleep in there. Put a light source next to the pet bed and then they’ll be protected from ghosts at night. This works for all animals.
