Another loadout that made me able to solo Act 3 is (Militant, Ace Pilot, Sledger (Can replace with electro shocker), DJ Booth, and Commander)

26GSo lv2 dj lv2 commander lv 3 accel x3 max dj lv4 accel and max 2 GSo 3 sledgers max accel and place lv4 accel place 4th sledger COA chain lv4 accel and rebuild the two gates at 8 shaped area max 2 accel and place a lv5 accel max soldiers place 1 sled and max 1 sled max commander (max more accel)

I'm sure you can use Minigunner instead of Sledger because when I did, it worked. Although note that the strategy will be different.

you can't do it because gso has flying detection which you need for the voodoo dolls. normal soldier does not have fllying detection. maybe try it with a max ace pilot or some rangers idk
