fuck deep sea driving in general. The Velo ghost only took me a couple resets, but it's still by far my least favorite track.

I don't know why but at some point on Prehistoric Playground Velo is slower than Oxide and after like half a lap he starts to catch up to him. Most of Velo's times are joke. On the other hand Spyro Circuit is a pain in the ass... at least for me

Understandable. I've heard a lot of people complaining about Out of Time. It's a pretty tough track in general. I'm curious to see if people struggle more with the generally hard tracks that have a little looser Velo times, or the average difficulty tracks with more tight Velo times.

I don't get this hopping turning. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but when I hop round corners to maintain that speed boost I CANNOT !!! turn that fast I literally CANNOT turn like that I've tried it with hop and accelerate together I've tried it with hop and don't touch the accelerator can anyone enlighten me ?

I've only done N. Sanity Beach, Inferno Island, Deep Sea Driving and Megamix Mania, but Sewer Speedway took me the longest so far, followed by Roo's Tubes that I did first try. Gingerbread Joyride is one I'm definitely not looking forward to since it took me 3 hours just to beat Oxide on it. Also Thunder Struck since I never did it legit lol

I noticed an error. You missed Spyro Circuit. You should replace Nina's Nightmare with Spyro Circuit, Koala Carnival with Nina's Nightmare, Gingerbread Joyride with Koala Carnival, and insert Gingerbread Joyride at 1:17:02.

Just use whatever engine type you're comfortable with. You don't need to switch classes for every track, and in fact I would advise against doing so, because it's better to stick to one class and get really comfortable with it than to jump between 2-3 classes and master none of them. I would simply suggest staying away from turn and balanced, but Cortex Castle can be done with any class. Velo loses blue fire on Cortex Castle in the same spot basically every lap: the "C" turn towards the middle of the lap (after the courtyard, right before the long hallway with the staggered spiders and the left turn that goes outside.) If you can hold fire passed that point on at least one of your laps, you should be set. If you're running out of reserves, pay attention to what I did while hitting the blue fire pad. You can double-tap that pad to get double the reserves out of it, which helps out a ton. If you're struggling to make it around a corner without brushing a wall, then all I can really say is practice u- turning and try to mimic the lines in the video.

I’ve done them all and didn’t find it too bad some gave me trouble certainly but nothing above 4-5 attempts, but I was wondering if you could do a video on breaking the habit of using the analog stick and switching to the D-pad please? I can alternate between the two for U turning and such but I’d really like some advice on breaking the habit of using the stick, thank you. 😁

there's no video to make about that. just use d-pad lol. there isn't really any advice to even give for that aside from just.. doing it and getting used to it. on top of that, i never used analog to begin with so i can't really relate

Wc Pyy he has an entire video on this if you wanna check it out. as long as you’re holding down, pressing brake won’t kill your speed. So pressing down and the direction you wanna turn while holding brake will let you turn like that. It’s easiest on the d pad.

I'll pass. If I'm going to go out of my time to learn a new class completely, I would just go straight to Speed. No real reason to learn Drift, just to have to learn Speed later.
