if you're struggling with team building, here's a tip! find a pokemon to build around and try having a fire water grass core when building the team. the logic behind it is that the three basic types (fire water and grass) already naturally cover a lot of the bases when it comes to type matchups both offensively and defensively, so it's recommended to have one! otherwise, good video. keep up the good work!

A tip I can give you is to Replace Bounce on Gyarados for either Taunt or Subs, makes it easier to deal with Toxic or Leech Seed stall. Water and Ground hits a lot of types for super effective damage

thanks for the advice! i’ll be sure to give it a try. my reasoning behind bounce is that i get immunity to status moves anyways while in the air, and a free turn of leftover recover. it’s also a stab flying move which provides coverage for grass types which would normally resist water and ground

I recommend giving shaymin leftovers and run these moves: Seed flare Air slash Substitue Leech seed It really helps with stall and if you can get the prediction they swap and you click your sub you become hard to deal with
