My issue with the deluxe remaster isn't the visual redesign (with the obvious exception of Larry), but the fact that they changed voice actors (which deliver inferior performances to boot). Also, changing Cliff's dialogue and omitting Kent's erotica challenge detract from who they were as people originally.

So the VA change is more of a general Capcom thing, they do it with every remake and RE Fans lost their original Claire/Leon. It's most likely wanting to have a new direction going forward

I see - still though, personally, seeing how that turned out, I would much prefer for them to make another original game except for just "polishing" the old ones. As long as they don't make it like the 4th game, fans should embrace it with open arms.

Adam pulling a bunch of fighting game techs to avoid hitting his own balloons was iconic. He dodge rolled through them when landing, laugh-canceled his attacks before they connect and even triggered them early with zombie corpses.

I love that despite knowing this game inside and out he somehow never knew that the PP bonus stickers have a 0-100 percentage on the picture quality and you only get 1K PP if its 100%. That's not an insult or anything just more a showcase on how this is one of those games where you always learn something new even after almost 20 years of playing it.

I've never indulged much on the camera side of the game when I was younger and most challenges almost ignore it. It's nice to learn how things work, I learned Adam will trip on Gumballs if he breaks a stand

I know this is weird, and it shouldn’t irk me so, but every time a PP sticker picture is taken, there’s a percentage on the bottom of the screen. If you don’t get it to 100%, then you won’t get 1,000 PP.

Okay i have an idea for a challenge if you don’t mind the suggestion? Idk if you’ve done anything like this but i’ll share anyway!!! I present: The Dead Rising Nuzlocke!!! you can edit any rulesz Any item frank can pick up can only be used once! when it breaks that’s it!! no more! if you throw it, and it doesn’t break, you can still use it. same with cars, skateboards, and even food if you think you’re strong enough lol it would obviously need to be fleshed out better but 😭
