Try Engineer on Last on Shallow River. Position him by the corner of the map where the bloons cross paths the second time. (Right above the surrender button). A 2-3 Engineer cleans out almost all natural non-camo bloons, letting you concentrate on covering your rush weaknesses. I personally favor building a 2-3 sniper and a 2-3 mortar (three 2-3 towers helps keep things simple) for defending rushes up until about round 18 or 20, at which point you can sell the sniper for about $4k and make a boosted ceramic rush while sabotaging the enemy towers. Have lightning rods, a Juggerlanche, or a tower boost to counter early rushes and counter-rushes, and you can take down a satisfying number of players! This strategy has significantly helped amend my low win/loss ratio when you combine my Steam and Game Center accounts’ statistics.

the power meta in this christ almighty update: salted wounds, upgrade bloons/or superspeed bloons, power lock. Opponents over defend because you have salted wounds and that shit is still more OP than eco amp. Power lock when you know his defense is based soley on god micro lightning track power (for noobs) and you will out farm every damn player. cobra boomer dart monkey has been pretty effective at this, however the only GOOD counter power is actually no tower selling powers.... so its back to cobra strats lmao

Yea - until you get hit with that sabo power that stops your abilities. No more super monkey, no ground zero and no more 5:21 mirco. Or maybe the all out with the can't sell towers sabo so you just watch the balloons cruise by while you keep 5 farms. It's absolutely terrible and there's no consideration to have measured updates and roll outs. Change is good but this is horse crap.
