What is Half-Heart Hardcore (HHH)?
Half-Heart Hardcore is a bit self explanatory, but basically you beat the game with only half a heart and in hardcore mode.
How did you not die during the one cycle?
The armor and bread is enough to keep me saturated enough to not die. I didn't use any headhitters and limited my jumps because it would reduce saturation which can cause me to die. This also means I can't 3+1 even though it was possible to.

He does take damage, but the damage he takes is lower than one (=half a heart). And he is regaining health thanks to the bread he ate, hence eating it is necessary

@@aviklied I don't know who put it in so many people's head that you don't regenerate in hardcore, but it's bull. You do regenerate in hardcore, as watching any big hardcore KZbinr will tell you, or even playing it on your own, long enough to experience regeneration. You do not regenerate in ULTRA hardcore (commonly referred to as UHC), which is an artificially made difficulty where you use your hardcore world settings to turn off the natural generation gamerule. HHHSSG is played in the classic hardcore and not in UHC, nor does Hanabi claim to be, therefore he is not obligated to manually disable natural regen. And him tanking damage in half a heart is something I have already explained in the comment you replied to, therefore I won't reiterate my explanation on how it happens.

I have a 5000 day half a heart hardcore world that I’ve been playing on for a few years. When I created that world, it took me almost half an hour to beat the game (random seed). Even though this is a set seed, beating Minecraft half a heart hardcore in under 2 minutes without dying is very impressive, well done!

I found something odd, I found another guy with the same seed and village, nether and doing the same thing at the end, did you copy what he did and put yourself at half a heart?

Basically yes, this was found to be the most optimal route you can adapt to follow on half a heart. It has relatively low jumps aside from the one where blue vine completely breaks your fall, and also has blast protection leggings. I'm pretty sure he also used to run this seed on regular SSG too

@@ajv2d Saturation is a hidden variable that wears out overtime, faster if you sprint or jump, and prevents you from losing hunger at all as long as you're not anearing 0 saturation. Since 1.9 Java it also gives you a massive regeneration boost that consumes saturation fast, but that part is only revealant in the end fight. When you spawn in a new world your saturation will be at max, therefore it will take ages for it to go down it you don't force it to by taking damage. And since this is HHH, he cannot take damage like you would in normal SSG, hence losing hunger a bit later

@@dr3aded-g8z No. It's a location like another. If you are on the exactly corresponding coordinates, you will get warped into the stronghold. Sometimes RSG runners manage to blind well enough to also TP there, altho it's much rarer
