Actually a really fun game, even though if you are absolute cheeks like me, it can be a pain! Would highly recommend if you want the experience of dumping tons of hours and money into some pixels and skill but you don't want to play payday!

You did it, you madman you actually did it! Seeing it all come together was a real joy to watch! Maybe if it does ever happen, ill be sending you on the Payday 3 version of this in the far future. More notes! 1. With my original route there was no jumping between exclusive heists Eg The Bomb Heists, Alesso/Counterfeit and Goat Sim/Santas Workshop, so my achievement figure assumes exclusivity. I considered sending Kknowley to Bomb Forest for the lols though, shame the achievement count is lower than in Dockyard... 2. i thought Car Shops "gone in 240 secs" was impossible unless doing on a lower difficulty due to the escape time being shorter on higher difficulties and ecms rushing interrupting the Pc hack, thanks for proving me wrong. 3. Brooklyn 10-10's Apartment Sniper can only be done with primary sniper and secondary saw. Doing this the other way round with the Pronghorn sniper secondary does not trigger the achievement. Makes sense as the pronghorn was added many years after the JW Heists. 4. Alaskan Deal's Global Warming mentions ALL crew members having to use flamethrowers. As i assumed this includes AI Crew, who cant wield them, this achievement is seemingly unobtainable solo, unless you do it without the crew ai? Since in my one attempt version of this challenge you needed long range weaponry for 2 achievements, giving this up made sense. 5. Reservoir Dogs. I believe for United We Heist, it looks at damage dealt instead of kills, so to get it, youd give up 3 other achievements for just that one (Close Shave, Get off my property and Just shut up and take my money). Take a bow and a well earned break, i think you've done enough achievement hunting for a while :)

Swing Dancing isn't glitched, it's actually just really poorly described in-game and on Steam. The achievement expects you to kill 50 enemies using only your melee weapon, *AND ONLY* use your melee weapon for the duration of the heist. I don't remember if throwables count, or if firing your gun and missing (or getting tazed) cause it to fail, but I am certain you can only get kills/ do damage with your melee (and maybe throwables, doubt it though)

I remember getting “let the man work” solo + crew AI after school, i had something i had to go to 2 hours after coming home so that’s how much time i had to attempt it. I remember shaking and my heart pounding and being all jittery while trying to keep the cops away with molotovs and fire grenades from the arbiter.

This is too late, but "Swing Dancing" actually needs you to kill enemies using ONLY melee. That's why it never popped for you.

This challenge does make me think of an idea on a similar wavelength: Can You Beat Payday 2 With Only Achievement & Side Job Rewards? Pretty straightforward; you can only use weapons unlocked via... well, completing achievements or side jobs. It'd probably involve Sociopath and either Hoxton Breakout or Shacklethorne Auction to start the run for either the Nova Shank or Monkey Wrench, plus working through the Arbiter side jobs to actually have a ranged weapon for most of the run. Would be interesting, though.

Could be an interesting challenge run to only use equipment offered by the related DLC for a heist - e.g. only using launch weapons/mods for the launch heists, only using the Matever for Alesso, only using the Queen's Wrath for The Diamond (as Clover released alongside The Diamond itself), etc. Might be impossible since you'd need a lot of cash to buy all those weapons

now that this epic run is complete, I have a suggestion for another that I put in the comments of part one; can you beat PD2 while only having skills in one tree at a time. So, for instance, if you want Medic skills for FAK's (Mastermind skilltree) then you can't have shotgunner skills (Enforcer skilltree) or Silent killer's Low blow (Ghost skilltree). you can change which skilltree you're using as long as you respec fully out of the prior tree though. I think this will challenge you without seeming unfair, and should be completely possible.

Quick note of something that happened to me, and could've gotten you an extra achievement. When I first did the scarface mansion stealth speedrun, I messed up sending the heist right into loud when I was already in the escape. This meant I got both achievements at the same time, as the stealth achievement popped before heist clear and the loud one after.

Well, the career mode was first story related, then a "free way of hosting DLC heists" For being able to just run through the main storyline and even (theoretically) do the secret in career mode without buying DLC, I think its very much done its job.

"United we heist" requires no one on the squad to use throwables or melle and you yourself to only use union to kill stuff. I got that last month and doing it in a pub lobby was a bad idea so i know it works like this. It should have worked when you reseted becouse i remember that one nice guy saying: "sorry i just used melle can you re" and i got the achiv that run. Payday is weird.

Hey knowley i was hoping if you have a second you might be able to read a rabt i made about overkill studios, no need to if you dont have time but id love your opinion on it At the start there was payday the heist, an incredible new game made for all to have a fun joyous time completing various jobs and heists. It was the first of it's kind, really driving the nail in about teamwork. Times were good and fun. Then payday 2 came out and absolutely railroaded the gaming sphere, never getting repetitive or boring at the slightest, still blasting through waves and waves of police while trying to hold your team together and make out like bandits. Times were at their peak with incredibley good times all around. Then overkill completely cut off PlayStation 4 and Xbox from getting any updates, not even a final patch to fix the most haunting and annoying of bugs/glitches that plague the game to this day. Though they continued to update and overhaul as much of PC as they could, singling us console fans away from the community's newer updates, stuck in the past. It feels they only chase the dollar now, forgetting those that built them up and shared in many good spirits Now here we are, still not even a petty update to fix a minor bug or add in one newer dlc. And with payday 3 being out, it seems they'll never return to us again, they left us, betrayed, forgotten, abandoned (vik.rez) TL;DR: Overkill stopped updating forever and I'm sad mad
