Everytime to win against a wolf is punish him af (20k ranked guide) get him every time to the ropes, to counter the side dodges are easy, use m2, when they’re on ropes they will try to side dash then predict m2 and they eat it, you have already stamina to dash to him o make another m2 predict, and that’s all, you have an almost 1/6 combo damage until they adapt but being honest they never can (only works on annoying ahh spam sidedash + m2)

My thoughts: I think that they both played a good game. Sure you can say whatever the hell you want about the wolf user, but he’s pretty smart. He is probably only playing passive for 2 reasons. Reason #1: because it’s the main way he plays, or so he can spam white fang. Reason #2 or more respected way: He is playing passive because he knows he can’t win a slug fight against an aggressive hawk, and he knows about your bar/gauge you have to fill by doing dmg. Overall great video, I’m not choosing sides, keep up the great work. God bless

What can I say? Volg is a "GOATED character but has trash players." Wolf may have the worst reputation for having the most boring players but if you dive more into the style and use different combos, you will be able to beat anyone. Also aggro wolf is very dangerous, almost on par with a pro ghost.

Fair enough. Doesn’t stop it from being annoying af. And on top of that, he was apparently trash talking after losing the first time. Keeping distance is whatever, holding s most of the match is weird, but backdash spamming is straight up strange. And I’ll at least respect him for using wolf now that wf is dodgable. People are also saying it’s bad now, so it clearly takes skill.

Honestly I don't remember much of this fight, only the skin of the man and was after the first nerf of wolf. Before the nerf I was playing using the m1 very much, using the speed of this to stop the rival, but with the nerf this was useless (this days I didn't know the secret to the perfect dash and how to use the fake moves)

Now (thanks for the nerf and my time on the game... one or two months) I learned how to play more pro for my own, using all that a wolf user can, but the thing is... I never said trash to others and I never look to win all fights, I only search strong people to play with emotion, feeling like if my life depending of this... and this is all :v

the thing is, running is op strategy in the game, if enemy chases u, its 1000 times easier to hit him, while he simply cant hit u. backdashing was unpunishable, u could backdash after every missed hit and just dont get punished for missplaying until recent update with empowered front dash, but that does not solve the problem fully cuz it got its weaknesses. in short running is just very annoying and coward strategy, thats why everyone hates runners
