Taking a look back now was a great idea. After watching the main things from this I love are the art and the altar. Anyone that has played Hades (goty) and vampire survivor knows how good that system can be. Round based would be superb with this addition

Overall the game has an ok gameplay loop and a wonderful art style there’s just very little content in the maps. Not up to Treyarch standards obviously because of how fast it was made, but there’s some enjoyment to be found

I didn’t bother finishing the camo grind but I actually played the archon over shi no numa cause it felt easier to train zombies around the tank area instead of training around the dog site in shi no numa. I of course had to go into settings to remove the green filter

VG Shi No Numa is underrated I think! As soon as that came out I started going camos and high rounds. Not unreal but I'd say acceptable! PS art design on VG zombies was really good to be fair to them especially with the resources they were rumoured to be working with!

Hey MrDalekJD I have a personal custom challenge idea for you :). The MICAH Challenge (Origins) (I have beaten it myself) (Not the rat Micah from Read Dead Redemption lol it’s my name). M- You must have Mule Kick and or have the mp40/mgo8 as one of your weapons. I- Can only use Ice Staff (exception is made for Easter egg steps) C- Can’t use gobble-gums (except whimsicals because it would be funny). A- Must have the dead wire AAT on 1 weapon since my favorite color is blue. H- Have fun :). Since my birthday is in June you can get Juggernog. (All remaining perk slots are for your choosing).

@@MidasTheMemer But you haven't really limited anything, he still gets to choose a really good gun, a staff that is considered the best by many, and a perk that works really well in a map like Origins. The only thing that is actually limiting is the no use of Gobblegums, and even then most players don't even have effective gobblegums to usually choose from in the first place.

How about a ww2 challenge? Play origins with only ww2 guns and world at war perks? You can add on to this challenge. Your challenge is oddly specific and fairly easy to beat to be honest

If you think about it, every zombies Easter egg is objective based and rounds really have nothing to do with it. I think there were a couple steps in a couple Easter eggs that had to do with rounds but other than that it was all objective based.

The worst part of this game is that it could have been so much better with very slight differences. Visually it was pretty great but the basicness of the challenges and the generic feeling it gave me was such a major disappointment. I will never pre-order another title in my life thanks to this game.

I gave Vanguard a fair chance in the past. With that i had attempted to see how few objectives i needed to clear to finish the easter egg. If i remember correctly it was around round 7 or so? Really got tired of the game after no new content until a return to Shi no Numa. By the time i got back to the game, i think they had put the laser weapon from AW into the game. Felt weird using a future gun in a WW2 game

To be fair, one of the reasons Vanguard was so bad was from what I remember, Sledgehammer (and Treyarch) only had 3 months to develop the game. Treayarch also have had to help with every single game since MW2019 in some way. Dev time corrected by @DVGBlur

Bo4 and Cold War were both good, so was WaW. Vanguard was also developed in 8 months compared to the multiple years that most CoD games get. And if you really don't like the direction CoD is going (Because of Activision, not the devs), Just buy Sker Ritual. I was one of the beta testers for the game. It was developed by a team of 5 or 6 devs and it ended up being better than most of the CoD zombies experiences we've had in recent years.
