Violet is beautiful. I am really enjoying seeing your cooler weather. We might get snow this week. I doubt it since I've only really seen it lay 2 times since 2007 but time will tell. I actually got asked one time if I had ever seen snow.

Hello…. I use a heated dog bowl for my chickens here in Indianapolis Indiana. I use to go out the first couple of winters I had them like you do to give them fresh unfrozen water. But the heated water bowl has been a game changer for us. Just thought I would share Incase you wanted to try one.

Violet is such a precious little girl. My daughter-in-law sent us a short video of our youngest grandson looking at snow and she asked him if he liked the snow and he said no. Lol. He's 3.

Toni you shouldn't have to correct yourself when you say "our baby" I refer to my almost 4 months old granddaughter us "my baby" or "our baby" and my daughter and her hubby don't care they know what I mean! I'm so sure your son and Violet's mama don't mind you referring to her that way!!
