I hope these young producers are getting proper credit and compensation for their beats and aren't just selling out for pennies. Don't give your beats away just because your musical "idols" are salivating over your work. Educate yourselves on publishing and royalties and think of the long term and how to sustain what you're doing. For example, take less or no $$ up front and ask for royalties and a percentage of the sales for a lifetime. Get a music attorney if you're not sure what any of this means. At the end of the day they're going to make money for life on a hit record and you should too.
